Allan MacConnell, a native Londoner, has been in the fashion industry for over 30 years. 

He began as a sales clerk for Ruby's Shoes, managed several Le Chateau stores, Which took him to Toronto for a brief time.  Returning to London, he accepted a position with Sonny's, then moved to a manager/buyer's position at Accessories.  He opened his own store in 1992 and enjoyed that for 3 years.  On to Fisher & Company, he established himself as a fashion "Guru", developing many loyal clients with his creative approach to building the perfect wardrobe. 

In 2006, a unique opportunity to switch careers was offered.  Allan joined Jinx Dunbar Interiors as an associate, adorning homes instead of people.  One year later, September 2007, missing his wonderful clothing clients, he decided to open WEAR house, a new fashion destination, a store within a store, where men's and women's clothing, shoes and accessories mingle with affordable house wares.

Allan is looking forward to many more years making people and their homes look and feel their best!
